The teenage years can be challenging, filled with questions about identity, purpose, and health. My mission is to guide your daughter through these formative years, helping her discover who she is, what she is capable of, and how to live a balanced, healthy life.

Personal Journey and Experience:

My own journey of discovering my God-given identity, dreaming for the future, and stepping into my purpose has profoundly shaped my approach to coaching. I have learned how to live healthily not just physically, but also emotionally, mentally, relationally, and spiritually. This journey has also led me to establish three businesses:
 

  • Flourishing Heart Ministries: Focused on helping individuals uncover their identity and purpose.

  • The Beach Search: A search engine for Sydney's beaches, helping users find the perfect beach based on their preferences.

  • Tess Connelly Co: A business operations consultancy.

     

Leadership and Mentorship Roles:

  • Youth Leader and Youth Pastor: Providing spiritual guidance and support.

  • Mentor and Coach for Teen Girls: Helping young women navigate their formative years.

  • Leader of Youth Outreach Programs: Engaging teens in meaningful and impactful activities.

I’m a coffee enthusiast, seasonal surfer, van life lover, ocean frother and Jesus lover. I’m an entrepreneur, creative, writer, musician, speaker and coach, and I’m passionate about helping YOU find your purpose in life! 

 

In fact, I’m confident that part of MY purpose in life is to help you find YOURS! 

 

I believe we were all created intentionally and designed so intricately and uniquely by God, with a purpose. I believe you were created with a unique set of gifts, talents, passions and dreams. Sometimes those things are hidden because they’ve never been given the opportunity to see the light! And it is one of my deepest passions and desires to help unlock those in your heart.
